1. What ages and grades do you teach?
We teach children from ages 7 to 16, covering grades 1 through 11. Our curriculum is tailored specifically to each age group and school level, ensuring the content is always appropriate and challenging.
2. Is the first class really free?
Absolutely! We offer a completely free first class with no strings attached. We want you to see the quality of our teaching before making any commitment. Simply register and we'll schedule your child's trial session.
3. Do you offer online or home tutoring?
We offer both! Our online classes are delivered live via video call with the same quality as in-person. We also send qualified tutors directly to your home across Baku. You can mix and match based on your preference.
4. How many students are in a group class?
Our group classes have a maximum of 4–5 students to ensure every child receives personalized attention. We also offer one-on-one private sessions for students who prefer individual focus.
5. Can tutors help with homework and exam prep?
Yes! This is a core part of what we do. Our tutors are familiar with the school curriculum and actively help students with homework, upcoming tests, mid-term exams, and year-end assessments.
6. How quickly will I see results?
Most parents notice improvements in confidence and engagement within the first month. For grade improvements, students typically see measurable progress within 2–3 months. Results depend on the child's starting level and consistency of attendance.
7. Are your teachers certified?
Yes! All our tutors are certified English teachers with formal teaching qualifications (such as CELTA), native or near-native fluency, and proven experience teaching children and teenagers.
8. What schedule options are available?
We offer flexible scheduling including weekday evenings (after school) and weekend sessions. After registration, our team will work with you to find the perfect time slot that fits your family's routine.
